At Selective Kitchen Design, we offer complimentary consultations to help you envision your dream kitchen. Please note that this consultation does not include detailed kitchen plans or drawings. Additionally, design plans presented during the review process are not permitted to be photographed. For more options see our pricing guide
Design-Only Service
Our Design-Only Service includes all the benefits listed above and is tailored for individuals who need detailed plans to begin their renovation but are not yet ready to order cabinetry. These plans are perfect for coordinating with other trade services to kickstart your project. Please note, the design fee will be applied toward the purchase of cabinets when you place your order.
Project Development Fee
Our Project Development Fee is designed for individuals seeking comprehensive support throughout the renovation process. This service includes effective communication with contractors and trade professionals, assistance in selecting appliances, creation of complete floor plans, precise field measurements, and a seamless handover of essential plans to the general contractor once the design is finalized and ready for construction.
